Order Form — TradeAware Professional
1. What you are ordering
TradeAware Professional — provision of the TradeAware platform, including:
- Supplier connections with the TradeAware Commercial Network
- Plot uploads, questionnaires and document uploads for the Customer and their suppliers
- Deforestation analysis using open source layers (unlimited plot analysis)
- Automated supplier risk scoring for up to five (5) suppliers
- Tools for marking supplier risk and documenting mitigation actions taken against suppliers
- Transaction management for storing data to create due diligence statements, and integration to EU TRACES for submitting due diligence statements, up to fifty (50) per contract year
- One (1) named user account, with Google and Microsoft single sign-on
- Retention of evidence for five (5) years in line with EUDR requirements
- Email support, including platform maintenance and updates at no additional cost
LiveEO reserves the right to change TradeAware and the functions contained therein and may remove individual functions of TradeAware, add new functions or replace existing functions with others, provided that such changes do not materially reduce or degrade the core functionalities of TradeAware during the Term of the subscription. LiveEO will notify the Customer of any changes with a reasonable notice period prior to such change.
2. Price

3. How and when you pay

Payment method: bank transfer. LiveEO issues an invoice and the Customer transfers payment.
Each invoice is payable within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the invoice, unless stated otherwise. Provision of the service begins once the first payment has been received.
If the Customer opts out at the end of month 3, the total amount payable is EUR 1,197 net and no second invoice is issued.
4. Term, opt-out and renewal
Initial Term
The Term, as defined in the TradeAware Terms 2026 — Professional, is twelve (12) months beginning on the […] “Start Date”.
Opt-out after month 3
Following an initial commitment period of three (3) months, the Customer may opt out of the remaining nine (9) months of the Term.
- Notice must reach LiveEO at billing@live-eo.com no later than fourteen (14) days before the end of month 3.
- If the Customer opts out, the contract ends at the end of month 3 and the total amount payable is EUR 1,197 net.
- If no notice is received by that deadline, the Term continues automatically for the remaining nine (9) months and the second invoice is issued.
Renewal
The Term shall automatically renew for successive periods of twelve (12) months at the renewal price of EUR 4,788 net per year, unless either Party gives written notice of non-renewal at least three (3) months prior to the end of the then-current Term.
Changes to the renewal price
LiveEO may change the renewal price by giving written notice at least four (4) months before the end of the then-current Term.
The right to immediately terminate the Agreement for cause remains unaffected.

6. Terms the Customer is agreeing to
This Order Form including the TradeAware terms and conditions (the “TradeAware Terms 2026 — Professional”) conclusively govern the contractual relationship between LiveEO GmbH, Cuvrystraße 3-4, 10997 Berlin, Germany, VAT-ID DE320511540, and the Customer regarding the provision of TradeAware and the Services specified in this Order Form and the TradeAware Terms 2026 — Professional. In the event of a conflict between the TradeAware Terms 2026 — Professional and this Order Form, the respective provisions of this Order Form shall prevail.
The Customer confirms that the provision of TradeAware and the Services described herein are governed by this Order Form and the TradeAware Terms 2026 — Professional at www.live-eo.com/tradeaware-terms-professional, and acknowledges receipt of a copy of the TradeAware Terms 2026 — Professional and, as the case may be, any referenced document such as the Joint Controller Agreement at www.live-eo.com/joint-controller-addendum. Copies of documents referenced in links do not have to be provided separately.
Acknowledgements on the order page
Presented as separate tick-boxes, each unticked by default:

☐ I authorise LiveEO to act as my Authorised Representative under Article 6 EUDR for the purpose of submitting due diligence statements on my behalf, as set out in Section 14 of the TradeAware Terms 2026 — Professional.
7. Placing the order
The Customer clicks Confirm order. The contract is concluded at this point. Immediately afterwards the Customer receives the Order Confirmation by email, restating sections 1 to 7 above with the submitted details filled in and no additional terms.
