Brexit did not take UK companies out of the EUDR’s reach.

From 30 December 2026, any company placing cattle, cocoa, coffee, oil palm, rubber, soy or wood products on the EU market, or exporting them from it, will need to show they are deforestation-free and legally produced.

For UK businesses that sell into the EU, source through EU suppliers or move goods across the Channel more than once, that raises practical questions: who counts as the operator, which party submits the due diligence statement, and what happens when products leave the EU and come back in.

At the same time, the UK is preparing its own rules.

In June 2026 the government confirmed it will move ahead with forest risk commodity regulation under the Environment Act 2021, with legislation expected in 2027. The UK regime will mirror the EUDR in some areas and differ in others, and UK companies will need a compliance approach that holds up under both.

Join Tim Kühn, Senior Solutions Engineer and EUDR expert at LiveEO, and Mark ffrench-Constant, Senior Account Executive at LiveEO, for a practical session on where the EUDR stands, how it applies to UK companies, and how to prepare for what comes next in the UK.

What we’ll cover

  • Latest updates to the EUDR — where the regulation stands ten weeks before it applies
  • How the EUDR applies to UK companies — when you are an operator or simply just a supplier to one
  • How to handle re-importations — what changes when in-scope goods leave the EU and come back in
  • The UK Deforestation Regulation — what has been announced, how it compares to the EUDR and what is still unknown
  • Practical supply chain scenarios — real-world examples of how obligations play out across UK–EU supply chains

The session will conclude with a live Q&A, so you can bring questions specific to your own supply chain.

Why attend

With the EUDR applying in under three months and UK rules on the way, now is the time to make sure your setup works on both sides of the Channel. This session will help you understand where your obligations start and end, avoid gaps when goods cross the border, and build an approach that can carry over to the UK regime.

Can’t make it live? No problem. All registrants will receive the recording and slide deck after the session.

Feel free to share the event with your colleagues.
